Following the Tsunami in Sri Lanka, the brothers of Grand Council created an Appeal Fund and donations were accepted to give a little help during the aftermath that followed, this appeal we are pleased to say, is still ongoing and is primarily supported by donations from the Was Boss Lodge who make an annual donation to pay for teaching and books. Many private donations were and still are being received to take in the cost of building a wall to surround the school. During the year of 2012 we will be seeking funds to build a well, so that the school will have it's own water supply.
